Meet the team
Luke leads a close-knit team of designers, structural landscapers and apprentices, all working hands-on across every project. When a job calls for outside expertise, we bring in local subcontractors who meet the same standard — reliable, skilled, and easy to have on site.
Luke moved to Sydney's Northern Beaches in 2011, and it's where his love of landscaping took hold. Before anything gets designed, he wants to understand what a client actually needs — not just what looks good. He stays close to new techniques and materials, and his projects lean toward the lush, tropical coastal look the Northern Beaches does so well.

Nobody knows the Two Palms standard better than Matt — he started here as an apprentice and has grown with the business. He doesn't know any other way to run a site than the Two Palms way. Born and bred on the Northern Beaches, he brings that local knowledge to every site he runs, and clients know they can rely on him from first cut to handover. He's great company to have around too!
Sarah
Designer
Sarah designs with one rule: every space, big or small, should be both beautiful and functional. She gets there by exploring how a client actually lives every day, not just what they have on their Pinterest board. She's also Luke's wife, and outside of work you'll usually find the two of them outdoors with their young son.
